I have been taking our cars to Brooklin Precision Tune for 13 years. They have always provided great work at fair prices with expeditious turnaround times. A special mention to Stuart - he is extremely knowledgeable and he has fantastic customer service acumen. The manner in which he conducts himself should be the template for all other auto shop customer service advisers!
I’ve taken my vehicles here at least three times now. The first time was with my 2008 Honda Fit, and it needed a new manual transmission. The second, my 2006 CR-V needed new brakes. The third time, my CR-V needed a new starter. During all three of my visits here, the service has been incredible. Whenever I need a major or minor car repair, they’re the first shop I call. They consistently provide very HONEST and reliable service and Stuart is always very patient and understanding both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend making this shop your ‘go-to’ place for auto care.
These guys do great work and will take care of issues when/if they arise. Honest to the core and will not take advantage of you. Pleasure to have you work on my vehicles. Thought I was looking at a large bill tonight but got my Keys handed back with - no charge-. Thanks again!!
