(September 20, 2018, 12:51 pm)One of the absolute best places to go for a stroll in Whitby or walk your dog. Time seems to slow down a little here and most people will give you a smile, a nod, and a " Lovely day" . Always beautifully clean. Parking is seldom a problem as the flow of people in and out tends to be pretty even. My only wish for improvement is to have public toilets closer. Too .much of a hike for seniors who have to trek over 500m to use the ones on the other side of the park.
(September 16, 2018, 1:04 am)Best of both worlds, pebble beach and an adjacent park with decent playground. Open gymnasium, sprinkler area, well maintained grassy field, lots of different slides and swings, benches and covered sheds for all season barbecue, lots of parking spots. Overall a decent experience.
(June 22, 2018, 9:22 pm)Very nice park, at the lake. Playground, walking/running/biking path follow the shoreline. Lots of grassy space, trees, benches, picnic tables. Spots to be quiet, and places for children. Very clean, well maintained. I really enjoy this park.
