  We planned major kitchen renovation that included upgrade of all appliances, heard from friend that MTC has the best prices and selection for Miele open box products and drove to Whitby from Oakville to check the store. We were lucky to get help from Heather. She showed us around, explained how their showroom operates, pricing and asked about our renovation timeline and desired products. After initial visit we emailed her the list of the models we are looking for and drove to the store only when the items were available. That saved us a lot of time, gas and mileage. To be honest we did not expect the level of customer service that we received over there. Every major renovation goes along with the stress, delayed delivery and other unexpected gaffs. Heather made our complicated shopping simple, always promptly get back to us with stock and product details information. We could not be happier with our appliances, and would gladly refer the store and Heather service to everyone. Thank You!

  Love the prices, the staff and the products! Hubby loves the man cave, great prices for items that are in excellent working condition! Why buy new again when MTC is so close to home?
  The robot vacuum is superb, and the cuisines blender is the fastest chopping blender I’ve ever seen! Cheers to excellent service MTC

  I bought many products here, the service is outstanding and the products are phenomenal!
  Staff are very knowledgeable of the products and inventory levels store wide! Huge selection, wide variety! I will never buy new again, electronic or appliance. Beautiful location by Lake Ontario! Thank you MTC

  I had initially written a negative review of this business based on a false memory and frustration. I regret having done so. In hindsight, the employee that I interacted with went above and beyond in providing me with any service when he did not have to.

  I purchased a TV here and got a great deal. The TV was a “man cave” tv meaning it had a few scratches but it was just cosmetic damage and honestly I couldn’t even see it. The price was a steal for the TV and it even came with a two year warranty. I also added a an extra 2 year warranty (4 total) for only $36 more! The staff was also supper knowledgeable. Will buy here again.
