I've been here three times over the span of 5 or 6 years - twice for Volkswagen corrosion perforation claims and once for a collision so I feel I have some authority to speak on my experiences here. My latest at this shop has been less than stellar where I had my scheduled appointment cancelled last minute when I was told that the shop was too busy - I'm assuming Volkswagen-approved rust claims fall low on their priority scale. I rescheduled to have my car brought in this past November and left it with them for a week. While the paint work done at this shop is excellent as it had always been in the past, I was unhappy with the state I received my car in. I noticed a rattling from my rear hatch (they had replaced the rear panel as part of the work order) and it turns out the rear tail light wasn't secured properly and barely hanging on. Repeated emails to them went left unanswered when I notified them of the issue so their lack of a follow up post-service has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.
Fortunately I have not had to visit the Collision Centre often, but when I do they have done excellent work. No short-cuts, like new and ready when promised. Plus they have friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. If I ever need body or collision work again, this is where I go. Recommended without hesitation.
