I had the most pleasent experience with a tooth extraction. It was done so quickly and professionally that I did not require and pain medication. It was done so professionally that I was shopping the same day. The ladies at the receptionist desks where also very friendly and welcoming. As well as the dentist herself I would recommend this dental clinic to adults and children.
I am a ‘Nervous Nelly’ and was treated with kindness, patience and respect today by the young male dentist and the young woman assistant. The Receptionist also greeted me warmly as I entered the office. The staff did their best making me feel comfortable. I have been a patient here for years and would recommend them to anyone in need of quality dental care.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Whitby Shores Dental. I have had a wonderful experience each and every time I visit. I had not been to the dentist in years; I had multiple negative experiences with painful fillings and disappointing bonding results with another dentist.
The ladies at the front desk, Nikki and Lyndsie, were warm, friendly and made me laugh when I told them how nervous I was. Making appointments was easy and payment options/estimates were offered without judgment. The ladies at the front went out of their way to accommodate me and work around my schedule. Holly was extremely gentle and confident and put me at ease while she completed my cleaning (I was very nervous about pain). Dr. Val and Neha filled my cavities totally pain free. Seriously! I was able to get extra freezing and they worked with me to ensure my comfort at every step. After the positive experience I decided to take the plunge and get veneers. Dr. Val and Neha did an absolutely incredible job. I can't stop smiling. I feel so confident in my new smile and I can’t thank the team at Whitby Shores Dental enough. Thank you for everything you do!
I had been neglecting dental care for several years, and was somewhat anxious about going to a dentist. It's been almost 2 years now and I can say that the staff at Durham Shores Dental is always outstanding. Friendly, insightful, helpful, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. I have had extensive work done and I am beyond pleased with their services. I would recommend this dentist office in a heartbeat. I can smile with confidence and eat without pain now. Thank you!
