  Compassionate and caring staff, who understands the difficult decisions we make for our pets. They help you with that, to make you comfortable.
  Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I had been going to them for 14 years.

  We had to say goodbye to our cat Fin. We will miss him. The staff were wonderful. A sad time but they made it easier.

  Took the dog in for her first vet visit in many years, she’s generally healthy but had a recent issue with her leg. We were able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. The clinic is beautiful and very clean. The tech and the doctor were both very kind and patient. We didn’t feel any judgement for not being regular vet-goers, and the doctor and tech that we saw were very good at giving recommendations and explaining everything. This is definitely going to be our regular clinic!

  Unfortunately we had to put down our very dog, at this vet they very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend the Imperial Road Animal hospital.
  The other vet wanted to charge us for an examination although her quality of life was clearly gone, her back legs no longer worked and there was nothing that could be done to fix her legs.
  5 star recommendation for sure!!!
