Great selection, reasonable prices, BUT....
I just had to leave a $400 sale sitting on the counter because they don't accept something as basic as debt.
What retailer in this day and age that is open to the public to come in and shop does not accept debt.

Rather a disappointment in that aspect.
Not everyone likes to use or even has a credit card. Cash only for any future visits

I have spent well over 10 thousand at this store. I get treated the same way today as I did the first time I called. Excellent hands down amazing service . If there is a problem. With a quick message or call it has always been resolved. Always received orders well packaged and fast . Never a broken item in all my pkgs. keep up the good work Roger, Lorne and staff.

The owner is very into this stuff, he tested the two trains I was buying, you could see it in his face and eyes that he was loving it. The selection is just overwhelming, everything is just there that you could want. Store is great, lots of selection, lots of knowledge and everything I wanted was in stock. Amazing place, great staff!

The best model railroading store I've been to. I found this store has a great of selection trains and the best prices , great selection of hard to find road names , nice selection of Canadian and US class 1 railroads . The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was worth the drive from Toronto. Also nice online ordering.
