Smack dab in the middle of COVID-19, a hinge on our garage door snapped. I was not hopeful that overhead door repairs were an essential service but they are! I called and explained (as best I could) the issue, confirmed that the door was currently closed (so its contents were safe) and was told they could have someone there the next afternoon. The service was prompt, professional and quick and Joe was the essence of kindness. Such a relief! We would recommend J&K without reserve!

I had to replace a spring on my door.
They talked to me about the steps required to do it safely and even lent me a tool to do it .
I bought the part from them and away I went. Great people.

This is a family-run business that provides great service at reasonable prices. This is the second time that I have had them out and each time they have been prompt and efficient. Today they replaced the garage door keypad and provided a couple of new car remotes. Peter and Monica and their son are very pleasant and I really enjoy doing business with them.
