Ted knows the pulse of the market. He helped us buy our first home. He spent the time to know what we needed, carefully shortlisted the right kind of properties unlike most realtors who were sending a huge list of listings daily for me to scan through. We put in a couple of bids through Ted despite his warning that we would fall short. It's literally like he can foresee whats going to happen.
