I haven't used Zimmer before personally, but I know they do great work. We are also a neighbour at the airport (cyqs)
The 1 star review is clearly aimed at damaging the company's reputation despite it being clear from the review itself that Zimmer was not to blame for the lack of service (by-law restrictions). Reviews like these are extremely hurtful and do not accurately represent a company's level of service. Absolutely uneccessary given the vendors lack of ability to control the situation. Keep up the great work guys.
