(February 23, 2019, 2:42 pm)Koolen Electric came out promptly and changed a switch in my geothermal unit. I cannot say enough good things about Koolen. As Koolen originally installed the geothermal units efficiently and without issue, we always call Tim when we need help with heating and cooling.
(August 21, 2018, 8:40 pm)I'm not from the Koolen area, but I had some questions about installing geothermal and they were great. They took the time to chat even though they knew I wouldn't be able to go with them. That can be very hard to find.
