We enjoyed our stay very much. Nikki and Steve are very hospitable and attentive. Their property, rooms and bed and breakfast areas are very clean. The breakfasts are delicious, the portions are generous. We had the freedom to use their kayaks, double-hammock and explore their trails at our leisure. We recommend considering Nature’s Oasis for your vacation needs!

Nikki and Steve went above and beyond!! If I could give them 6 stars I would. We had booked 2 nights stay with them on our would be wedding date. We had postponed our wedding due to COVID-19 and we booked a weekend getaway, our nearly wed honeymoon. Little did we know our family and friends had contacted the hosts to set up a bunch of little surprises for us. There were flowers waiting for us in our room, A viewing set up for a video prepared by family and friends sending us well wishes. Then a surprise photo shoot was arranged for around the property as well as a couples massage from a spa down the road. All this would not have been possible if it was not for their recommendations. The hosts turned what was initially a sad time into a great memory that we both will cherish forever.

Really nice people, their services are amazing and the place is absolutely gorgeous. Would suggest to anyone.

Beautiful property and delicious breakfast. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the hydrotherapy shower. Steve and Nikki were amazing hosts, as were Honkers and Diesel! We would definitely come back, it was a very relaxing and memorable vacation.

This is a fantastic place to have a wedding and we can’t wait to go back for a visit. There are too many great things to say about this place, so I’ll start with the basics:

The grounds are amazing. Green as far as you can see. Beautiful lily pads floating in the water as you walk across bridges draped by giant willow trees. Our family and friends were really stunned we found this place for our wedding and they loved walking around to see it. It’s clear they put in a lot of work caring for this place and it really made it feel like we had something special for just us.

Rooms were spotless, big and super comfortable. Cozy bathrobes were available for us (and the others staying there). We loved that the wedding package included rooms for 6 friends/family. It really made it feel like we had our own private mansion for the weekend.

There is tons of parking for guests, the outside washrooms are clean and air conditioned, and we loved every personal touch they had to offer.

This is not like other wedding venues. A lot of venues have ONE option for you, everything is handled by them, and you and your guests are stuck in one room. Nature’s Oasis is an easy YES if you are okay with some DIY and looking to have a wedding where you get to customize a lot of it with plenty more to do and make it yours.

Nikki and Steve never seem to stop working for you. “We can make that happen” is their whole attitude. On the big day of our wedding they were always around if you needed them but never intrusive. Everyone said they were really enjoyable to talk to and accommodating.

I’ll simply list the other things we really appreciated from Nikki and Steve because they really wowed us:

-Communication was quick and effective. They text back right away and answered every single one of our thousand questions to make sure we were comfortable. I don’t think I ever waited more than 10 minutes to have my concern addressed.

-They thought of issues that might happen that we didn’t think of, and made sure they were solved.

-They had a golf cart at the ready to drive my guests (with health concerns who could not walk from the ceremony to the reception area) around safely.

-They let us get married anywhere on the property that we wanted. There are a lot of options and we chose a spot that hadn’t been chosen before but they were okay with it.

-I built an arbor to get married under and they had no problem with me building it on their property and securing it into the ground.

-They made sure our guitarist for the ceremony had power for his equipment out before he got there.

-My wife requested they let their horses out for our wedding (in a fenced area, obviously). It was a hit with the kids and animal lovers.

-They have goats they were happy to bring out for guests to pet and take photos with (but if you didn’t want them, they’d make sure the goats weren’t roaming around too!)

-They had lights hung around the tent but were totally fine with us adding more and Steve was kind enough to climb a ladder to make sure we achieved the look we were going for.

-They guided us through getting a Special Occasions Permit and that we got the proper insurance to have everything run smoothly.

-The received and sent off all rentals (chairs, lights, plates etc.) before and after we were even there.

- They did not interfere with our plans. They gave advice if we needed it but never stopped us from our vision

-They kept a campfire lit all night for guests (it was a huge hit)

Nature’s Oasis didn’t feel like a business. It felt like two people who genuinely wanted you to have a fantastic wedding and that is exactly what we got. As a bed and breakfast alone it’s great, but as a wedding venue it was a dream.
