Good bunch of people to deal with

Nice to be seen as more than just a wallet. Feel as though they had my best interest at heart and not just their own. Found them to be knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

I was with state farm for over 30 years. Got tired of my agent that never do nothing so I switched insurance. Now after 3 years with that new house insurance they keep changing the policy taking things away that we use to be covered and the price keep going up. They are saying that they had lots of claim so every one insurance when up.
I decided to try dejardin just to see how much the insurance would be. She doesn't have access to other agent still if State farm is now dejardin. So I ask a quote. Something when wrong she said the amount didn't make since. So I decided to forget about it. She tried, was pleasant I Wasn't that interested to go with dejardin since my niece was with them for apartment insurance and had problems. The upper apartments left the water on. Her computer got damaged and the didn't want to replace it just fix it. She was a student needed the computer. She had to buy one later because it never worked properly. She had lots of bad things to say. The funny things was that her mother work for Dejardin in a different department. this wasn't a good conversation between them.

I liked when it was state farm.
