(June 16, 2021, 12:16 pm)John took the time to ensure all the trainees knew how to use basic Zoom functions and was very personable. Great guy and knew what he was training us on.
(November 19, 2018, 4:21 pm)Facilitator took the time to ensure all of the participants understood all the concepts of the training. When they did practicals they asked that all but 2 people return to their jobs and did individual practicals which allowed me to ask question I may not have asked if in a crowd.
