Chris and Christian can promptly on time and fixed a pipe in our attic quickly and efficiently. They also looked at our shower which was added on work and came up with a solution and fixed another leak they discovered. They fixed our shower and are very reasonably priced ! Both are very professional and do great work efficiently! Very impressed and will be using from now on! As a new home owner they never made me feel taken advantage of and explained everything thoroughly !

On Jan 2nd, our sewer backed up, We had Elgin County Plumbing out later that week where they fixed the problem, and with their digital camera they were able to recommend that the original clay pipes needed to be replaced. Chris and his team provided a very competitive quote and we scheduled for the spring. In February Chris came on a Sunday and cleaned the clogging sewer again. We have scheduled the replacement for a couple of weeks from now, and again over the past couple of days the sewer started backing up again. Chris came out once again and removed the blockage. This time he waived the fee because we are so close to the scheduled work being completed. Amazing, I am so grateful for this act of kindness. This is how communities are built. Installed a new, quiet check valve on our sump pump. Arrived on time. Put booties on to get to the basement. Installed the valve quickly and checked to ensure it worked properly. Charged less than quoted on the phone. All in all, we're very satisfied with the job.
