Went for 1st check up and Elgin was given my previous Optometrists # and were going to check when my last eye exam was and schedule next exam.
Never heard from them again.
Fabulous store and staff are extremely helpful and delivery was quick and easy. No high pressure sales push just quality products at fair prices.
