(April 29, 2015, 2:06 am)Jim at JIT made a really bad non productive day turn on its heels.
We were having issues with our CNC/cutting tools on a particular alloy, one call to JIT and Jim took almost 2hrs of his day to trouble shoot and solve our problems with us.
Jim was extremely knowledgeable and patient and we would recommend to anyone needing specialized tooling assistance to make the call.
