(June 30, 2021, 1:06 am)I had a couple of quotes, but ended up going with Kielstra. They came in a little lower and were also by far the most timely, polite and courteous. They had my quote back within a reasonable time where I figured other places had forgotten about me.
Install was booked well under the estamated time (with Covid their orders are taking longer to come in).
The crew was friendly, polite, courteous and clean. When they left there was not even a hint they had been here.
The day after install it noticed a manufacturers defect in one of my windows and called Kistra. The lady informed me it would have to be dealt with through the supplier. She proceeded to do all the work necessary and call i had to do as wait for a call.
Great experience dealing with this company and i will for sure be doing business with them again.
