Very quick and efficient. Staff is friendly.

They are polite and work as efficiently as they can. If you have any questions about the bloodwork you are having done they will explain as much as they can to you. You can view your results online if you want but unless you understand what all the numbers mean then you might as well just wait until you see your Dr again and have him/her explain it to you. I also recently found out they also have a 2nd location in St Thomas now in the new medical plaza at Elm and Sunset. I think it just opened back in November

A frustrating experience.....will never return to this laboratory. I did not have an appointment. They never explained that one was preferable until i walked out in disgust after being ignored. The attendants were indifferent. After a 25 minute wait i was directed to a cubicle and ignored for another 15 minutes while numerous other individuals were being attended to promptly.
If an attendant had initially taken a few moments and recommended an appointment i could have made one and left in a better frame of mind.
