All was good except we lost our 5 year warranty because we returned a mattress cover that we didn't use or want. The mattress we purchased is excellent.
I love the comfort of the Zedbed Mattress es they sell !!!! Great People work there !!!!
Seems like a decent place if you do not want the hassle of going to London. Free delivery and removal of old mattress which is nice. I don't know if I over paid or not but was happy with the customer service.
