Great phone service and they had the part I needed in stock at a competitive price.

Just wanted to share my, albeit limited, experience; it’s so rare nowadays.. I went in with my pooched dehumidifier, on my way to the dump, just to see if it was worth looking at (not surprisingly, wasn’t). They were upfront about that fact, did not try to sell me anything, and saved me a 30 dollar recycling fee by disposing of it for me.
They didn’t make any money, may have even lost some but… they gained a customer the next time I’m in search of their services. Thanks Phil Nute et al. Oh and as an added bonus, they have a four legged gentle petootie working the front desk! 🐾

Our dishwasher was leaking, called Phil Nute Appliance, and Phil came to see where it was leaking. He knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part, and came back to fix it when the part came in.

We are very pleased with the service.

Our gas oven was not igniting. Phil came today and did a little troubleshooting. He said "this one is an easy fix". All that was required was a minor adjustment to the igniter. He is as honest as the day is long.

The oven is working fine now.
