Always helpful, friendly, honest, knows what he’s talking about. Doesn’t want you to waste money if it’s not worth fixing, he can order new if it makes more sense financially. Great place!!!
Great place to have any kind of electric motor repaired. Or rebuilt back to specs. The owner Mark is very pleasant. He knows his stuff. He will also repair E-bikes.
I brought in a 220V air compressor motor in recent need of repair. Mark was able to diagnose the issue and repair it with a quick turnaround at a reasonable cost. His experience, knowledge and great customer service will make him our first choice for any future repairs!
I visited this business in St Thomas with a 220v /50 hertz motor recently and found the owner Mark to be one of the most helpful and informative I have ever met. A genuine diamond! It was well worth driving in from North London not only for the advice but also for the gas which was 15 cents a litre cheaper there! He advised me on the best solution to my dilemma which was slowing my motor down as it was running at 60 Hertz and although he had a superior device that would do the job he was honest enough to tell me that there were cheaper options on Amazon in view of the limited use I would need it for! I would highly recommend Mark should you have any issues with electric motors needing repairs.
Just stopped by The Motor Man today and Mark helped me with my electric pump issue. Not only is the building beautiful, the service was incredible. He told me what part I needed and to call or stop in if I ever need any help. HIGHLY recommended!
