(April 13, 2018, 8:46 pm)The atmosphere here is amazing. It doesn't have that "Mechanic's workshop" feel while you wait. It's comfortable. And the staff is professional, friendly and courteous.
(December 31, 2017, 1:15 pm)Friends of ours from out of town broke down in St.Thomas and their autoclub only covered them for 10 kilometers of towing ,which was not enough to get them back to Guelph .The tow operator tried a few business being The long weekend most were closed. The owners here stayed late to get them back on the road that night. They were kind enough to mention the brakes were going to need replacing in the next month or so and the check in with there mechanic when they got home. When they went in for brakes there mechanic told them the repairs The Car Shop did were done with top quality parts and were exactly the same price he would have charged. Glad to see a small business not take advantage of an out of town person in a vulnerable spot.
