(February 16, 2021, 5:30 pm)I began my journey 3 months ago. The meal plans are simple and delicious. I never felt hungry or deprived of food. Still having cheat meals I lost over 20 inches. Definitely maintainable. Coaches available when needed. Would recommend to everyone!!
