River lights. Always a great holiday walk
Took the boys for river lights. So much more personal and quaint that the Windsor Christmas lights which has caused so much controversy. What I like is that each didplay appears to be sponsored by a local business or family as opposed to having the municipality foot the bill for the entire display.
Great place ever lol
My stepson was in from Calgary so it was a great day
This is a wonderful city run local park and splash pad. With modern accessible equipment and playground so that everyone can experience some of the fun. There is even an older playground with a sand base instead of the new rubberized padding in case you are hoping to give the kids the litter box experience that the previous generation had.
This is a great spot for the kids. There is a splash pad, park, restroom/change area and out door pavilion. In the winter it is decorated with Christmas lights and the gingerbread house. Definitely a spot to see when it is dark and cold. It is close to Fort Malden and Navy Yard Park. It is a short walk to a number of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream stores.
