Bob is the best leather guy around. Awesome service and work.
He is always knowledgeable and helpful.
Great place to get all your leather and boots, shoes and so much more fixed and a lot more. Custom made items and much more. Its a must to stop in if you have never been. Excellent customer service.
Bob's Leather & Boot Repair is the place to go! Excellent job repairing my shoes. Went beyond what I needed. Quick service and very reasonable price. Shoes will outlast me.
If you are looking for a chain store or somewhere with a ton of employees, this is not the place to go. Bob runs the store with his wife, and has owned the store for 18 years, and his expertise is obvious.
I went to Bob looking for simply a protective sole to be added to the bottom of my new leather-soled boots, and specified exactly which brand of rubber sole I wanted added. Bob was very knowledgable of everything that I asked him. He quoted a price, which was more than reasonable, and a time frame of 1 week. I received the boots 2 days early, which was very convenient for me and surprising that he got the job done so quickly.
I was also in the market for cedar shoe trees, which he had in stock, so I purchased those as well. All of his work thus far has been very high quality and he has gone above and beyond (in a non-intrusive way) what I've asked of him.
I highly recommend going to his shop if only to look around and enjoy the aromas. If you have the pleasure of having your shoes/boots repaired by him, you can rest easy knowing that his years of expertise have honed his skills and your expensive leather shoes/boots are safe with him.
