With one quick phone call, the lovely lady at the front was able to fit me in immediately. Ken M. was very friendly and helpful and got me a refund $3000 more than I was expecting! It was like winning the lottery, I attempted to do my own taxes right before and thought the new number was too big so I wanted a professional to help. He helped me and explained that because my income was higher I was able to use more tuition credits giving me the bigger refund, and I’ll even have more carried forward to next year! For an extra $3000 it was definitely worth the small fee to get a cheque on the spot. Couldn’t believe it, I had $4000 in my hand the same day I got my T4! I will probably go here next year, go visit them!
