Third Eye Home Inspections

We had our potential first home inspected by Matt and it couldn’t have gone any better! Matt was extremely professional, thoroughly explained everything to us as we went through the home and asked if we had any questions every step of the way! We will use Matt again in the future when we purchase our second home. We couldn’t recommend him more, he was fantastic !

My sisters and I inherited some properties, and as beginner home owners, we did not know where to start in terms of making sure these properties were up to code.

Matt made this process less daunting. He was very friendly, professional, patient, and arrived on time for both inspections.

Matt did a great job explaining the steps he would be taking during the inspection and discussed the limitations due to weather and /or access. His contract was very detailed and easy to understand.

As he conducted the inspection, he was very informative and was excellent at answering, in layman's terms, any questions that I had along the line. He also informed me each time he was faced with a limitation and explained the limitation. This helped me to understand how I can prepare for future inspections, if needed. He also helped me understand what kinds of professionals I would need to contact for follow ups and repairs.

By the evening of the day of inspections, Matt forwarded a extremely detailed and well laid out report. My sister (co-owner of the properties) comment on this report was that it was "Well worth the money!" and it was! It includes pictures with problem areas highlighted and recommendations for next courses of action.

My sisters and I were able to use this report to plan out and prioritize the various repairs, updates and servicing required to make sure that we get both properties prepared for our future tenants.

Overall, dealing with Third Eye Home Inspections was wonderful experience as first time home owners. We received outstanding service and will definitely be using them in the future.
