(August 13, 2020, 7:59 pm)Current 11 year old fridge died on Tuesday night. After researching possible fridges that could fit the limited space (66 inches), contacted Essex Appliance around noon on Wednesday via chat feature on their site. They suggested a Maytag (one of the options I knew about) because they could deliver it on Thursday. SOLD!
Delivery window of 3:30-5:30 given. The truck left my house at 3:42, already having delivered the new fridge and taken out the old!

(August 7, 2020, 2:30 pm)We had a problem with our brand new machine but Gord stepped up and did everything he could to resolve the problem. Same day service, you can’t complain about that! The delivery guys were professional, informative and worked quickly. We will be back without hesitation.

(April 10, 2019, 3:00 am)Jim was great in helping me out and in placing my order. He seems very knowledgeable. I bought a set of washer/dryer and the prices at this location are comparable to any other big store. The best part is you don't have to pay for delivery and for installation/hoses etc so in the end it's a lot cheaper here. I highly recommend this place for any kind of application
