I have been a customer and an employee. They are profession on both ends. It is a bigger company but every employee is still treated like a person not a number. The ownership knows every persons name. You can't say that about most larger carriers. As a customer there was always someone available (in operations) to answer my emails or calls....Even at 3 am. The back office is organized and knowledgeable.
