I realize that there are new owners for Danielle’s, but why do you have to change the things that are really good. In the first part of the summer, when it opened up from Covid, I had some crinkle cut sweet potatoes fries and they were amazing. The best I have ever eaten, and I’ve eaten a lot. I went to get some last week and you changed the fries to a regular cut and they were soggy and not so good. I was in the restaurant business for 22 years and my motto is, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Go back to the crinkle cut Sweet Potato Fries!!

Ordered chicken and waffles twice now($14) First time it tasted good. Well cooked. Well prepared. Waffles with whipped cream and syrup and sour cream for the chicken. Last night i went again and ordered ahead of time. Still waited almost 10 minutes after showing up on time. All my food my extremely soggy....chicken was over cooked and tasted nasty....they forgot to give me syrup and whipped cream for my waffles...and even the waffle was undercooked and extremely soggy.
For $14 bucks i expect much much better. I can get the same chicken strips from KFC for $6.99 and it'll taste better. Prices are too high for what you get.
