Lakeside Porch & Pillow

Beautiful property, Cathy and Steve keep the grounds immaculate and are very lovely. Wonderful breakfast in the mornings and the bed is like a dream to sleep on. Excellent views of the lake honestly could do any better and friendlier

My other half put together a wonderful getaway for my birthday that included a staycation at Cathy and Steve's gorgeous home. We had spent the afternoon on a self guided winery bike tour (which we also highly recommend). We were more than pleasantly surprised, after a long day of visiting the area, that when we knocked on the door and were greeted with not only a breathtaking, clean and well decorated home but the most friendly and welcoming hosts. This was my first bed and breakfast experience and it was more than I could have hoped. Cathy treated us to a large and healthy breakfast in the morning. She works very hard to see that her guests are well taken care of and their individual needs are met. This included letting us sleep in a bit and the morning and enjoy the view of the lake while chatting and relaxing. We very much enjoyed the king bedroom with the balcony lake view and haven't stopped talking about it to our friends and family since we got back (to our home that is a mere 30 mins away). Whether it is a staycation or you are visiting the area, this is a must stay!

A hidden gem. We stayed in the king balcony room and it was very comfortable. Cathy and Steve the owners were delightful. The breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend!!

Cathy and Steve were wonderful hosts! Their whole home was pristine and beautifully decorated. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake! We hung out in the lower level den as well as on the pier, listening to the waves and enjoying the sun and shade. Cathy's breakfast was simply delightful. I would highly recommend a stay at Lakeside Porch & Pillow!

Cathy is an amazing host. The home is beautiful and impeccably furnished. Very homey.
