I can not say how much I am grateful for Melissa’s help finding something to suit my needs and to Scott for his excellent service and help as well. I was so so overwhelmed by all the Information out there. Melissa took her time and tried to help me with my given situation. She was amazing!!!! The. Scott and his father delivered it and explained it all to me. Scott was great as well answering all my questions.
I love this hot tub ... the only thing I would do differently now is I would of picked the one with the lounger for tired achey legs but that is no fault of there’s it was totally my decision to have more seating instead! Regardless, hydropools serenity tub is awesome. I love love the scented granules they also brought to me to have a more relaxing experience... I will have to get some more.
This is a great company and I am so impressed and happy with everything!!!!! Thank you so much ? -
