I have had a few shipments with some dead feeders but they have always been well packed and you just can't control the weather. The feeders are great quality! Highly recommend.

Delivery person came to my door was polite, well informed and even made sure I knew how to properly store my specific type of worms. Overall above and beyond customer service and great deals 5/5
