Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Competitive rates for drop ins during work hours. 24 hours a day access for members! Highly recommended.

Kim, Ken, Jess and the team give back to the community and make going there fun! In the beginning, it didn't feel good getting up at 5 am to go there and now I can't imagine not going! I highly recommend.
(December 3, 2019, 11:46 pm)This truly is one of the better gyms I've been a member of. I would recommend to anyone, especially locals as the 24hr access is a nice touch. Always improving, great classes, great atmosphere. I'm happy to be a part of it.
