The project was very challenging due to the site constraints, regulations and permit challenges. They supported foundation work, structural work, framing and coordinated all trades required. Radu was always clear to work to meet regulations and point out deficiencies and have them corrected immediately. All sub trade references were reliable and did a quality job. No matter what the challenge, the Radu team always stepped up to meet it and pull in the best professionals needed. Most importantly, they were always accessible, responded quickly and kept their commitments.
