The glass shattered in the door, so we contacted the installation company who refused to take my call about the glass. We called Ben to come and replace the glass, but he went one step further. He contacted the glass company on our behalf to see if it was still covered under warranty.
Just that one extra step tells me that he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers
