I was very impressed with the company after I decided to upgrade the siding (room above garage) with stucco (3 weeks after signing the contract). Randy and Jake made it very simple for us. Jake came personally to schedule a work that had to be done to accommodate the stucco work (removing old shingles and waterproofing the area). Right after the stucco was done 2 crews showed up to finish the removal of the rest of old shingles and installed the new roof. The crews were amazing, keeping the place clean and working constantly in July's heat to the highest standards of the expectations. Also, I found out that this company offers a free roof (every year) to the most needed family in Essex County. Well done Double AA! Thank you.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from AA Roofing. They came to fix a problem on a roof that they did not install. They fixed the problem after many visits - they came back again and again until problem was fixed. They followed up on phone calls and Emails and never charged me a dime more than the original estimate, even though they put in way more time and effort than could be expected. I just wish more companies take care of their customers as well as AA!

It took my family 2 years to find Double AA Metal Roofing Inc. The first year was us trying to find friends of friends then last year we called several companies, hardly any showed up, and when they did they would not follow back up or miss appointments. Then came along Double AA Metal Roofing Inc. They came the next day after calling to give us an estimate, then they sent us the estimate, within 2 days of approving the estimate, Jake had the work date booked, they followed up the day before to make sure everything was on track, Then Mark and his crew showed up and did an extraordinary job, Mark is a true professional. 2 days later we were called with an amount, it was exactly what was quoted, plus we had an additional which by the way they did same appointment even though it was not part of the work order, guess what the additional was way below what we expected to pay. Thank you Tim and your team for the awesome job and the enjoyment to work with a company like yours, your company is a true example of the customer service I like to give my own customers as well, job well done sir.

Great company to work with, we had them install a new metal roof over our house, the service was top notch and the roof looks fantastic. Jake made the process go as smooth as possible with no headaches. Easily the best in the business! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for your last roof!
