I'm adjusting my rating to 5 stars as they've been much better at taking walk-ins lately. And, as always, the staff is great.
Old review:
Desperately understaffed! The people who work there are great, but they're so understaffed it's practically a by-appointment only boutique salon at this point. They have tons of chairs but only a few at a time are ever staffed. Management needs to schedule more people. I just drive to First Choice on Manning now, and they take me every time. It's way out of my way to go there, but at least I'm not immediately greeted with a "do you have an appointment?!" as soon as I step in there.
