Super quick process. I live a few hours away and I had the idea to order my friend flowers at midnight. They were delivered the next morning. Exactly what was pictures online for an affordable price. I ordered flowers from another place and they we're much more expensive and did not look nearly as nice. Would highly recommend

The plants my mother received were even better than the photo. Easy online ordering, overall great experience

After calling and emailing the manager, she was able to rectify the issue and sent my mother a beautiful 60th birthday bouquet of flower. My mother was very happy with it and I was also happy that the manager was able to Quickly fix the issues and was apologetic.
I would use this service again, but I would be more specific about which flowers and which bouquet.

I recently ordered a bouquet for my mother’s 60th birthday. I chose the “deal of the day” because I couldn’t decide which arrangement I wanted. I also asked for the premium option and added a balloon. This was all done online on the same day. My mother receives the flower on time but instead of a bouquet of flowers it looks like a potted plant. Now I know I was not going to get the exotic flowers or expensive roses but I thought I would at least a few flowers. To my surprise it was just a box of green leaves. I am just disappointed because I don’t think anyone would want a box of green leaves for their bday and if I wanted only green leaves I would have chosen that arrangement. Very disappointed with the arrangement. I have contact the florist but have no resolution as of yet .

BEST IN BELLE RIVER! Ordered mid-range deluxe "Florist's Choice" bouquet; exceptional product delivered in May 2018. White and red roses, beautiful assortment was not expecting from a random 'deal of the day' especially with delivery included. Arrived within 3 hours. Fantastic service and great product. Operator even called to double check address and product preference.
