Kris is a goal getter, very passionate, honest and sincere. He is intelligent with a proven records. I worked with him when I was searching for my first home. He never tired or complains. I was happy when he got myself and my family very nice home. He is realiable to work with. You will never regret having him as your realtor. He has a lot of experiences, with sound advise.

My Review On Real Estate Purchase in Windsor Ontario.

Everyone will agree with me that real estate now is a seller's market.

The point is how do we as buyers navigate into this market, It requires a good realtor like Kris Ramotar.
I did not know Kris Ramotar personally,l picked Kris Ramotar from the Realtor list .

Kris took my problems and fears and made it his own, he worked with my time, selected good houses for view, directed me to good areas based on the neighborhood conducive for me and my kid.
He answered my calls any time of the day and advised me based on my questions.

Most importantly, he advised me on the limit as to how much l can bid on a house.
He helped me get a low cost real estate lawyer for my closing and paid for the inspection of the property.

Based on my knowledge working with him on the housing purchase l will recommend you try Kris Ramotar, he will take care of your housing purchase needs.
