We decided to shop at Scott's. Grace was helpful, personable, and very knowledgeable. The customer service, from the very first contact, was top notch. Our fireplace was installed by Emile and his (extremely friendly) sidekick Kyle. Installation went smoothly. The fireplace looks and works fantastic. Keep up the great work! We will spread the word about how positive our experience was and how satisfied we are with both the product and the people who are this company!
