We had multiple items that we needed taken care of and Alex and Cody were excellent. Josh was also really friendly and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the customer service and would highly recommend them!

Just had Alex come to our house and we can't say enough good things about the service he provided. First of all he was on time, conducted himself in a very professional manner, performed the service quickly but thoughrouly . He explained what needed to be done and why and took his time to answer all our questions. At the end of the job he even offered to mop up our floor. Excellent service that we highly recommend.

I had some work done at my house last week. Alex and Cody were very kind and professional. Some people don't like dogs and make comments when they are at my house. They were very good with my dog and awesome people to talk to. They even noted other issues with my plumbing and explained to me how i could fix it on my own.
I would strongly suggest this company for any work.

Due to water coming up through our sewer drain in the basement, I contacted Superior Plumbing based on a reference from a friend to look into having a sump pump and back water valve installed (as part of the City of Windsor subsidy program).

Alex handled the scheduling and 'pre-work' and attended our residence to inspect our basement to determine whether or not we could have these mitigations installed (turned out a sump pump was going to be a significantly large amount of work due to there not being weeping tile under the home, so we have decided to not pursue that mitigation as our problem hadn't been with groundwater). Cody attended the initial inspection/investigation with Alex and both were incredibly prompt, courteous, and I felt like I actually understood what we were doing, why, and when.

Yesterday Alex and Cody returned to complete the actual work and they did a fabulous job. They made sure to keep my home clean by laying sheets to protect the flooring/stairs and cleaned up very well afterwards. The job did take longer than they had originally expected (only by hours) but that is only because they went above and beyond after noticing some blockage in the pipes they were working on so they eeled the lines out which likely prevented a significant backup of water into my basement (I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THAT). In addition, the city inspector did not have any issues signing off on backwater valve which means that we will have a successful claim to the City of Windsor sewer subsidy program.

I would recommend Superior Plumbing, and especially Alex and Cody, because they know their stuff, did great planning, were punctual, performed a great install, and went above and beyond to keep my family and our investment safe - I know who I will be calling for my plumbing needs, going forward.
