Hudson Motorcycles

Was on a road trip to Milwaukee from Montreal in July 2023 with my buddy who rides a Honda Goldwing and he had the bad luck the alternator on his Goldwing gave up on him on Hwy 401 W at 4pm just 50kms from Windsor. We got the bike towed to our hotel in Windsor by 6 pm and to regroup and plan the next step.
Scrambling the next day [Day 1 of the problem]to find someone to repair this motorbike, the only one who stepped up to the plate was Ryan from Hudson Motorcycles. He made no promises but by our exchanges, we knew he was sincere and was the only one to get us out of this mess in a short time.
He did his very best to obtain the part from Toronto the next day [Day 2] after our agreement to proceed and order the part, and swap the defective piece for the OEM piece from Honda Toronto Day 2]! To give Hudson Motorcycle a head start, we had the bike towed [Day 1] from Windsor to Hudson motorcycle the eve of when the part was coming in at the dealer.
He also took the trouble to find a motorcycle tower from Tilbury to Windsor for us at a very good price, much more reasonable than some quotes we received from the towing companies [the vultures].
Very early in the morning, on Day 3, we received the Goldwing at our hotel and by 11am, we crossed over from Windsor to USA!

I am very impressed with the knowledge of the Staff. The nice Lady knew the chassis model codes of my bike over the phone, before they even checked the parts with the computer, and they found the exact part for my old Honda Shadow ACE. They called me immediately when the part arrived, I assume from Japan, as it said "Honda, Made in Japan"

I haven't used their Maintenence Services yet, but I'm very sure my Bike would be in good hands, and I am considering taking my bike there for the annual service & safety to keep it running and safe, as I am very impressed with the knowledgeable Staff.

Took my Honda string trimmer there for service and to fix a hard starting problem. Reasonable rates, Nd they did a great job of fixing it.

I've delt with other bike shops in windsor but found hudsons to be the best they are awsome and dont try to take advantage of the customers I would recommend them big time staff is great and customer satisfaction is most important to them as well never once have I had any issues with their products or service great job guys and gals keep it up and stay safe during this time with all this virus stuff going on

Top notch! Bought our side by side from here and it was effortless, no hassle and great to deal with.
