Little Caesars Pizza

My boyfriend and I usually love coming here as it is cheap and he loves the deep dish. Most of the time the pizzas are good and so is the service. The man and the woman who work there are always nice to us and give great customer service. However this time we got a younger girl with glasses. She seemed to be totally miserable and unhappy. Didn't smile at us or even look at us. We got the deep dish but when we tried to eat it, it was extremely greasy, floppy, and I'm pretty sure was undercooked. It wasn't even cut. I had to cut it myself when I got home. I think the dough was raw. Also my boyfriend said he was feeling a bit nauseous after eating 2 slices. He had to spit it out actually. I only had 1 slice.

So now if we do go back there in the future, if we see the man or woman at the counter, we'll order as they've always given us good pizza. But if we see that younger girl there I'm turning around and walking out. She had just horrible customer service. Even if things are going badly at home or whatnot, you don't bring that to work. That kills businesses.

Service is typically good and reasonably fast. Staff is friendly and pizza is very good.

There is no where to sit down inside, and this location is beside a bank. Parking space is plentiful and the store is not usually busy.

Brilliant pizza. I never gave them a chance for their advertising the $5 pizza's but after picking up a custom order, I was extremely impressed. The service and product was top notch!

The kids really like the hot and ready pizzas. Honestly, you can't beat the deal when you have a party or some of the kids friends over. It is a great way to fill them up without spending a lot of money. This location has good service, the pizzas are consistent and the kids like them. I have only had one time when I ordered I had to wait more than 10 mins. That was a larger order, to be expected. I should have called ahead. The parking lot can be a little difficult to get in and out. There is an exit on Normandy, if you need to make a left on Malden.
