(July 12, 2020, 2:02 am)They have one of the worst customer service for a franchise... i asked for iced coffee with extra cream and two double double but they gave me regular coffee with two black coffees. When I asked for a refund, the person in the drive through gave me attitude asking why i drove away if I knew it wasn't my order. It was so rude.. I didn't make the order myself, I was just picking so yes it was partly my fault but I don't think her rudeness was necessary at ALL. Terrible services seriously.
