Chartwell Leamington Retirement Residence

My parents who are in their nineties recently made the difficult decision to have a trial stay at a retirement residence. The decision was easy for them to go to Chartwell Leamington. Its a beautiful atmosphere with excellent amenities and wonderful staff. From the very first call inquiring about our options, we were greeted with a level of professionalism and attention not normally seen these days. Melissa was wonderful to deal with and really understood how difficult a change this was. The 28 day trial was a great experience with my parents enjoying the facility very much. The decision to make it a permanent move was made so much easier by the staff going the extra mile in helping pick a suite that my parents have now made to feel like home. Through out this process we were never left with un-answered questions or inquires, and always felt very comfortable making requests which were all greeted with a simple "can do" attitude.

What a wonderful environment! Beautifully kept, kind caring and knowledgeable staff. I would never have thought that a retirement home could be so welcoming and nice. A beautiful residence in the heart of Leamington. Bright, inviting and spacious. Lots for residents to do both in the residence and out in the community given its location. Pleasantly surprised at the level of services available to their guests. A wonderful part of our community!!

My mother lived at Chartwell Leamington for one year and she was very happy there. She loved her studio apartment, the food, and especially the wonderful staff. She constantly told us how happy she was to be living there, where she was able to maintain her independence, but knew help was very close if she ever needed it.

The staff? Well, there couldn't be a better group of people to entrust a loved one to. They were simply the best. They treated my mother, as well as her family, with such kindness and respect, and they made every effort to give her the privacy she needed. She was able to live the way she wanted to live while she was there.

We got to know the staff, as well, and we are very thankful for the great care and concern they always had. They knew my mother well, her likes and dislikes, and they always made sure that her needs were met.

The day our mother moved into Chartwell Leamington is the day we knew she was in a safe place. Thank you to all the staff. We'll miss you.

My experience with Chartwell Leamington has been nothing but spectacular. They make their residents a priority and the building is gorgeous. Any member of my family would be lucky to live here and receive care from the most amazing staff! Good job Chartwel Leamington! Keep up the good work!
