Amazing experience! After literally weeks of looking, and multiple companies not getting back to us, Counter Effects was able to get us a quote the same day and show us all there countertop samples in there showroom. Gina in the front office was super helpful and when we decided a week later that we wanted our bathroom countertop replaced as well, she gave us a deal on it and added it to the kitchen countertop price. They just finished installing it today and it has completely changed the look of the two rooms. The two guys that installed today were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves and were just a pleasure to have help us. I later made the remaining balance payment over the phone to Gina, and she said that she appreciated our business. Very nice company and was by far the best experience we've had with a company. We are a younger couple and lots of times people do not get back to us for quotes and other things (maybe they think we have no money)? I dont know. I definitely recommend this company.

Counter Effects did my Quartz kitchen countertops that I purchased through Ikea as part fo a complete kitchen renovation. They have excellent and courteous customer service! The quality of workmanship is superb...highly recommended.

Owners and all Staff are Very Professional, Timely and their products are of Excellent Quality, Cuts and Installed with great Craftsmanship. They have done several jobs for me personally and at my work. Highly Recommend!

We were very happy with our quartz counter top but after insulation we noticed one end of the counter didn't have the same edge we had picked out. We called immediately but they didn't seem to care. Thankfully it's not noticeable since it's on the end.
Never got a thank you card to express thanks for our purchase. I'm kinda old fashioned to think when someone spends thousands of dollars at your business a card of thanks would be good business follow up.
