Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My go-to place to rent a car. Great experience every time.

I rented a SUV for year two days this week and Devin Dijkhuizen, Branch Manager, was very knowledgeable, experienced and checked us in and out promptly. The car was clean and ready to go. His driver team was also very courteous to pick us up etc. I recommend this location for sure!

Excellent customer service. I’ve rented dozens of cars and this by far was my best experience. Vehicle was impeccable, pickup was convenient and punctual and customer service could not have been better. I would pay more to go back here to enterprise vs one of their competitors.

The rate was good, the counter staff was professional and courteous.
The only problem is that the staff do not know how to properly wash and clean a vehicle.
I had requested several times that I needed to have clean windows for when I picked up the car.
Windows were hazy and the wash job was poor when I received the car.
I asked the staff to re clean the windows, they took the car back to the wash rack and brought it back within 1 minute.
Windows were still foggy.
I gave up on their promise to give me a clean car.
I had to re wash the car and clean all the glass myself at home before the trip.
