I was concerned about retaining my old business number, and he quickly got everything resolved and I had my cell phone back to my Koodo account in under an hour. Great Customer Experience!!

My experience here was amazing! Kyle was phenomenal. He was so patient, really nice, and went out of his way to help. He was also very knowledgeable about the phone I was purchasing. I also appreciate that he was very efficient, as I am a busy student and did not have a lot of time to spend there (I had class later in the day).
